Our 5 day training course begins on Monday morning when we meet in Noosa (2 hours' drive north of Brisbane). After a short 2 hour bus ride, you'll be welcomed at our fully residential Springbrook training farm at Booubyjan, Queensland, where you can expect a week packed full of activities, adventure, and great home-cooked food.

Throughout the week, our goal is to provide you with a general and realistic introduction to Australian farm work. Our trainers are current Australian farmers and managers with years of valuable experience, loads of incredible stories, and wicked senses of humour. On top of being great company, they'll give you tips on how to do well in outback Australia and teach you the skills required to help you be useful at your new farm.

During the course, we'll assess your skills and attitude; then match you to the jobs that best suit your experience and aspirations. You'll have the chance to speak to several employers, hand-picked with you in mind. Our trainers and job co-ordination staff will be able to explain the roles and assist you with the decision making process, then you choose which job you will take.

If you arrive eager to learn, willing to work and excited to experience farming in Australia, you're sure to choose a great job. Part of our service includes helping you with travel to your employer. When everyone is settled on a job, our action-packed week ends on Friday afternoon; then we say our goodbyes and wish you all well in your new adventure!
