STARTING OUT AND PROGRESSION
Jobs are usually for a minimum of 3 months.
Most employers prefer you to be available for longer, because of the time it takes to train you to become useful.
If you are relatively in-experienced and unskilled then you must be prepared to be flexible about the sort of jobs you are willing to take, and willing to start doing the entry level jobs. Prove you can do them well, and you will progress.
Your working time here is a progression.
You will start in more basic jobs until employers can understand and trust your skills and abilities better.
If you work effectively and learn reasonably fast you will get more opportunities as they become available.
It is important that you learn to do the basic jobs well, and it is smart to work hard and fast on them, so you finish it fast.
In the first job you will have gained skills and a good report. This is what opens up the next opportunity and more advanced / responsible / skilled tasks. It is a PROGRESSION and it s all about gaining new skills, experiences and developing your personal attributes to be MORE EFFECTIVE in Australian rural workplaces.
You may be very good at working already, but please never underestimate how much there is to learn or how much you may need to adapt to work with Australians and to work in Australian conditions.

But it probably does not exist in quite the way that you imagine it.

You will have to work hard and well to earn access to them, and it is most likely that you will have to build up your skills and experience in other tasks and jobs on the way.
