Membership & Programmes - SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP SERVICE 

All our farm work training programmes come with a membership and support service. 
This Membership service is normally provided as part of a package with or farm based work preparation and assessment course.

The Membership Service includes:

• The creation, maintenance and promotion of your personal profile to our Employer network in a weekly email and / or listed on our Employers website. 
• Ongoing support and advice for any issues, problems, questions or job relocation that may be required. 
• Available for 12 months of 4 months​

SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP SERVICE - 4 MONTHS 
OFFERED AT OUR DISCRETION BY INVITATION ONLY

​NB this service does NOT include on farm training course and other services.

In special cases, where there are unusual circumstances, or particularly strong skills, relevant experience and positive references we may offer access to our promotional services and employment support for a reduced fee.

We will provide:

• Preparation for work services to ensure you are administratively workplace ready
• The creation and promotion of your personal profile to our Employer network in a weekly email and / or listed on our Employers website until such time as realistic employment opportunities have been offered to you.
• Ongoing support and advice for any issues, problems, questions or job relocation that may be required. 

What we expect from you: 

1. Honesty and full disclosure in the application process
2. The genuine desire to meet your employment commitments in terms of duration, workplace tasks, and appropriate engagement with the employer's workplace environment and all related people. 
3. The understanding that farm / rural work can be demanding in physical, social and emotional ways. 
4. The willingess to engage positively with the employers work and social environment, and to make all reasonable efforts to adapt and engage with it so as to meet all reasonable and legal requirements for your employed role. 

The 4 MONTH SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP is priced at $650

• Please note that this payment does not bring about a guarantee of work, but we would normally expect 1 or more offers of work to result from this within 1-3 weeks of promotion being started. 
• The payment is for promotional services of your profile page to our employer network, and access to information about 1 or more potentially suitable employers.
• Subsequently the service provides for ongoing support and advice for the specified service period of 4 months. 

DISCLAIMER AND STATEMENT 

1. Please note that we can not guarantee work of a particular type or in a particular location.
2. The service will normally lead to one employment only. 
3. ​We make no particular guarantee about the work tasks, the work environment, the people, the accommodation or other facilities. ​However all employers are expected and required to adhere to Australian workplace safety and employment laws and to make visiting workers feel welcome in their workplace. 
4. Furthermore we make no guarantee that any employee will like, get on well with or otherwise enjoy the workplace, people there, and the work environment.
5. We emphasise that success in any role will require an appetite for physical work, application, mental and physical effort, initiative, good communication and a willing proactive attitude to engage with the tasks of the role, the day to day working environment and the people in and around that workplace. 
6. In the case of genuine mismatch with an employer or role then we will, at our discretion, provide further support and access to other employment opportunities provided that there are no issues of inappropriate behaviour, effort or underperformance in workplace duties for any other reason over which you have reasonable control. This includes error or omissions in information provided in the application process. ​
7. Refunds

• ​​​There is a cooling off period of 24 hours after completion of the online form.
• There will be no refund after work has started on your online profile.
• There will be no refund after any employer contact details have been shared with you.
• In the case that the promotion brings no reasonable offers of employment to you within 3 weeks or promotion being started, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund of no more than 50% of the membership fee.

We may offer discounts at our discretion based on special individual circumstances, special skills, significant relevant experience, personal circumstances and hardship.
In some cases we may require a payment guarantee from parents or a sponsor.  ​
