'FARMTRACK' - 
SKILLED / EXPERIENCED PROGRAMME

A PATHWAY FOR WORKERS WITH SIGNIFICANT AND VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE IN CERTAIN AGRICULTURAL SECTORS.
THIS SERVICE IS DESIGNED FOR WORKERS WHO WISH TO USE AND DEVELOP SPECIFIC EXISITING SKILLS.

THIS PROGRAMME MAY SUIT CAREER FARMERS, AGRICULTURAL GRADUATES WITH PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE, AND EXPERIENCED FARM LABOURERS. 
EXPERIENCE MAY HAVE BEEN GAINED IN AUSTRALIA OR OVERSEAS. 

THE SERVICE
After application and a successful in person interview, you will receive membership of our 'Farmtrack Workers Network' for either 6 months, or for 12 months. 


Our service will include
  1. An in person interview, or online video, and creation of a detailed online profile
  2. Set up and preparation for work in Australia (optional, if required) 
  3. Promotion to our Employer Network (more than 3,500 employers, and growing, built since 1991) 
  4. Support and advice in selection of the most suitable roles. Direct linking with suitable employers. 
​The 6 month programme is expected to lead to 1 or 2 roles.
The 12 month programme is expected to lead to 2-4 roles. 


ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION PROCESS
The guideline for eligibility is that you will have the equivalent of at least 2 years full time farm or similarly related experience.
All applicants will be judged on their individual merits and overall suitability to be immediately capable in a role relating to their skills and experience. 
As part of this process previous employment will be verified, referenced, and skills checks may also be necessary. 
You will need to complete our application form, and also provide images or videos of you at work. 
You will need to be able to verify your work history, and we may also need to check your skills. 
We prefer to meet you in person, and you will certainly have a video interview. 

All this is so that we get to know you, and can promote you honestly and in detail to our trusted employer network.

The main sectors we operate in are: 
  1. BEEF CATTLE
  2. DAIRY 
  3. SHEEP (MEAT AND WOOL)
  4. EQUINE AND EQUESTRIAN
  5. THOROUGHBRED / RACEHORSE 
  6. CROPPING - PLANTING AND HARVEST MACHINERY OPERATION
  7. FARM AND OTHER MACHINERY OPERATION - INCLUDING EARTHMOVING, CONSTRUCTION

WHAT IS INCLUDED? 
1. WELCOME AND SET UP SERVICES - OPTIONAL
  • This includes meeting at Brisbane Airport if required, and transfer to the hostel.   
  • Hostel Accommodation in central Brisbane. (5 nights)
  • Administration and set up for work in Australia. In person meeting with our team. 
  • Welcome meal with your farm training group. ​Brisbane based adventure activities. 

2. WORKER PROFILE CREATION AND PROMOTION.
Following your application form, and a detailed interview process we create a detailed online profile.
This will promoted to our growing extensive network of trusted employers.

We will share information about employers who have roles that suit you, and actively assist with communication and liaison until you have a role that suits you.  ​

3. FULL BACK UP AND SUPPORT
Our services include a full back up and support for the duration of your programme (6 or 12 months).​ So if you ever need advice or help with anything, including promotion you to our network in order to find your next role, we are right there for you. ​

MAIN BOOKING CONDITIONS
Places on this programme are limited. 

Bookings from overseas made before arrival in Australia are given priority.
Bookings may be made by applicants already in Australia if places are available.   ​
