365 DAY PROGRAMME - $3,700 AUD
This programme provides all the set-up and support you need from the moment you arrive in Australia.
For direct arrival from overseas.
This programme include services and activities that look after you for your first 10 days in Australia, and provide a pathway to paid employment, normally within 2 weeks of arrival here.

- Hostel Accommodation in central Brisbane. (5 nights)
- Induction briefings, administration and set up for work in Australia.
- Welcome meal with your farm training group. Brisbane based adventure activities day.
- Our unique farm work preparation course. (5 days, 4 nights)
- Creation and promotion of your online profile to our employer network.
- Assistance with employer contact and job choice until a job is confirmed.
- Full back up and support for the duration of your programme (12 months).
- Designed to lead to up to 1 year of work in up to 4 roles.

We are always keen to make our programmes as affordable as possible.
We have the ability to offer discounts at our discretion, in line with our discount guidelines.

Discount Guidelines
- Seasonal discounts at certain times of the year. (normally available February to July)
- Skills discounts for applicants with particular skills and relevant experience. (available to those with 2 years of relevant skill and experience, or other special skills, at our discretion)
- Discounts for couples or pairs of friends joining the programme together / at the same time.
'REPAY AS YOU EARN'
REPAYMENT PLAN - REPAY YOUR PROGRAMME FEE AS YOU EARN
We are committed to making Australian Working Adventures as accessible as possible.
We offer a repayment programme for people who are not able to afford the full fee at one time, which means that you will be able to repay the fee over a reasonable period of time from your earnings.

We offer a repayment programme for people who are not able to afford the full fee at one time, which means that you will be able to repay the fee over a reasonable period of time from your earnings.
- There is an additional cost for this service, and an increased deposit payment. (Normally $1,000)
- The full balance of your programme fee must be repaid in full within 2 months of starting work.
- It may be paid in instalments by specific and personalised agreement.
- We may require a financial guarantee of repayment from a parent or other suitable person to set up this arrangement.
PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit payment:
All programmes require a deposit payment of $500 which should be paid at the time you are accepted to the programme.
Full payment:
For advance bookings full payment is required 2 months before the start of the programme.
For short notice bookings (less than 2 months) full payment is required at the time of booking.
We may apply our discounts to these listed prices depending on your personal circumstances and the time of the year, by special request only.
Deposit payment:
All programmes require a deposit payment of $500 which should be paid at the time you are accepted to the programme.

COOL-OFF, DATE CHANGES, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
COOL-OFF PERIOD
There is a 24 hour cool off period after booking and deposit payment.
If you cancel during this time you will be given a full refund.
After the cool-off period, the $500 deposit is non-refundable.
Please note that some causes of date change and cancellation can be covered by your travel insurance.
You should consider putting travel insurance in place when you book your place on our programme.

DATE CHANGES
- Start dates can be changed free of charge more than 2 months before the booked programme start date.
- Date changes between 1 and 2 months before your booked start date can be changed for $200
- Date changes between 1 month and 2 weeks before your start date can be changed for $500
- For date changes less than 2 weeks before your booked start date, a re-booking charge of $1,000 will be apply.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- A full refund will be given, less any agent commission fees, and less the non-refundable deposit, if you cancel more than 2 months before your booked start date.
- If you cancel between 1 and 2 months before your booked start date you will be refunded 50% of the balance of your programme fee only. The deposit payment will not be refunded.
- If you cancel between 2 weeks and 1 month before your booked start date you will be refunded 25% of the balance of your programme fee only. The deposit payment will not be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your booked start date there will be no refund.
