PAYMENT TERMS
PAYMENT TERMS
DEPOSIT PAYMENT
All programmes require a deposit payment of $500 which should be paid at the time you are accepted to the programme.
FULL PAYMENT
For advance bookings full payment is required 2 months before the start of the programme.
For short notice bookings (less than 2 months) full payment is required at the time of booking and must be received prior to commencement of the programme.
We may apply our discounts to these listed prices depending on your personal circumstances and the time of the year, by special request only.

COOL-OFF PERIOD, DATE CHANGES, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS BEFORE STARING THE PROGRAMME
COOL-OFF PERIOD
There is a 24 hour cool off period after booking / making the deposit payment.
If you cancel during this time you will be given a full refund.
After the cool-off period, the $500 deposit is non-refundable.
Please note that some causes of date change and cancellation can be covered by your travel insurance.
You should consider putting travel insurance in place when you book your place on our programme.
DATE CHANGES
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

DATE CHANGES
- Start dates can be changed free of charge more than 2 months before the booked programme start date.
- Date changes between 1 and 2 months before your booked start date can be changed for $200
- Date changes between 1 month and 2 weeks before your start date can be changed for $500
- For date changes less than 2 weeks before your booked start date, a re-booking charge of $1,000 will be apply.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- A full refund will be given, less any agent commission fees, and less the non-refundable deposit, if you cancel more than 2 months before your booked start date.
- If you cancel between 1 and 2 months before your booked start date you will be refunded 50% of the balance of your programme fee only. The deposit payment will not be refunded.
- If you cancel between 2 weeks and 1 month before your booked start date you will be refunded 25% of the balance of your programme fee only. The deposit payment will not be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your booked start date there will be no refund.

Opt out
There will be no offer of refund if you decide to discontinue use of our services.
Workplace Performance
There will be no refund if, for reasons of poor performance in your role, your employment is discontinued.
In this situation we may consider supporting you into another employment. This will be entirely at our discretion.
PLEASE NOTE
SPECIAL NOTE - EXCEPTIONAL CASES
- Once the training farm course has been started there can be no refunds of the fees.
- Before this time our general cancellation and booking terms apply.
'Face does not fit'
- We know that 'not every face fits in every place', and that sometimes you may not find the placement suitable.
- In this or similar situations a refund will not be considered there will be no refund, as we consider that we have provided our services up to that point.
- However our support service is in place to arrange a suitable alternative job, subject to your being able to reasonable efforts to perform the role and behave appropriately in the environment.
- Subsequent job offers will be made on a 'most appropriate / most reasonable / best fit basis' from roles available within our network at the time.

PLEASE NOTE
- We are not able to control the interaction between you, your employer, others or the environment at your workplace.
- We therefore we will not take responsibility for the financial or other consequences of your reaction and subsequent activities.
- This includes consequential travel costs. These are considered to be your responsibility.
SPECIAL NOTE - EXCEPTIONAL CASES
- We are a small family company.
- We care about the outcomes for our clients and customers, and about behaving in a fair and reasonable manner in all our dealings.
- We will consider exceptional cases outside the terms of this policy, and may be able to find or offer solutions based on the requirements of the case. This will be entirely at our discretion.
