We also run a ‘Farmwork preparation course’ – 5 days on a farm close to Brisbane.
The course allows us to get to know your abilities, aptitude and attitude and prepare you for the realities of farm work.
We prepare a detailed online profile promoting you, and we communicate this to all our employers.
We have a dedicated and competent Jobs team that links you with suitable employers and roles.
This enables us to find work that suits you. Our team will keep looking until we find it.

If you are skilled and well experienced we can promote you to a wide network of rural employers and guarantee you employment offers, normally within 1-2 weeks.

If you are not yet skilled, or only have some relevant experience, we suggest the Farmwork Preparation Course. This is the best way to get you into reliable work quickly. This can be booked before you come to Australia, or, if we have space available, when you arrive here in Australia.

The Farmwork Preparation Course
This is 5 days of a great fun authentic Aussie country experience on a beautiful lakeside farm in SE Qld. You will learn some practical skills, experience how it works and learn how to engage successfully as an employee here in AUS.
Practical skills, communication skills, energy, initiative and physicality are very important, and we can only really get to know these in person.

Job types
Our network has jobs of many types all year round; cattle, horses, sheep, crops, machinery, maintenance, cooks and all-rounders. Not much in the fruit picking space, but frequently other roles with growers of fruit and other crops.
Our Guarantee**
Knowing you, your personality, aptitude and skills will allow us to promote you to our employer network effectively, and normally we can guarantee to find a suitable roles while you are at the training farm. We are very confident in our Job search and training team, so we can offer a guarantee of work. After that we will continue to support you (especially if you need and 2nd job) for up to 4 months, making sure you have a job for 88 days or more.
** The guarantee is made providing that you can demonstrate normal workplace engagement and ability to learn / perform workplace tasks while with us at the training farm.

The main purpose of the farm training course is to get to know you so we can honestly promote you to our employer network having met you and seen your skills and aptitudes. Our jobs team is communicating with employers all year round, which means that we know the employers well, what personalities will suit them.
The employers trust us to make their employments easier and more reliable. We are working with the 3rd generation with some of our employers. This enables us to guarantee you a job.
