HARD TO FIND FARM WORK ?
We know that it can be hard to find work and an employer that suits you, when you need it, where you need it.
And even harder to find a job that gives you opportunities to learn and develop new skills, gain new experiences.
The hardest part is getting into your first rural job in Australia.
We hear that on average it takes 6-8 weeks to find a job. And this time costs money. And even then it may not be a good match.
Our farmwork preparation course and well established employers network can help you quickly overcome this challenge.
We are a small family company, and we have over 30 years of experience.
The more detailed information below will help you to understand how it works.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
are you already skilled / expereinced, or a farm work beginner ? (either is ok !) (click here)
Do you already have farm skills or relevant experience ?
If you have significant relevant skill or experience for Agricultural work we may be able to offer to promote you to our network directly.
This is our 'PROMOTE' service.
(As a guide, if you have more than 2 years full time farm and relevant workplace experience this could be for you)
This will put your online profile and CV in front of more than 3,000 rural employers, and our jobs team will work with you, accessing numerous current roles to ensure you have job options that suit you within a short period.
NB We will be able to offer this once we have assessed your CV and spoken to you about your aims, skills and experiences.

pRICING / COST (click here)
COST - keeping it as low as possible
There is a cost to the 'BASIC 4 MONTH PROGRAMME'
As a small family business, we always aim to keep this cost as low as possible.
We dont have shareholders, but we have a small team that works hard. We pay all our team fairly, and we are available to all our customers all year round providing support and advice in case things get difficult or go wrong.
We know and understand that life in Australia is expensive, and that finding work quickly, earning a fair wage, and saving money is important to you. So we will always keep our costs as low as we can.
Discounts and repayment plans
We offer discounts based on previous skills, time of year and last minute bookings when spaces are available.
We can also offer 'repay as you earn' agreements.
Pay rate and savings
Employers and jobs in our network pay fairly at Australian 'Award' (Industry standard) rates. An adult farm role typically allows typical minimum take home pay of approximately AUD$800 per week, meaning potential savings of close to AUD$10,000 in a 3 month full time role. (NB this varies between employers, and depends on food an accommodation costs)
Value for money
We know that it can be hard to find suitable work, and that there are costs of living involved while you search. We are told that the average time to find a role is 5-6 weeks. Therefore the costs of our programme are usually seen to be very good value for money.
Discounted rate - August and September 2025
The standard rate for the BASIC 4 MONTH PROGRAMME is normally AUD $2700.
The seasonal discounted rate normally starts at AUD $1,800, subject to availability, in low season.
Further discounts may be available, at our discretion. depending on skills, experience and other factors in consideration at the time.
There are limited places available at these discounted rates.
For those with limited funds, we do offer a repayment programme, where repayment may be made from earnings once you are confirmed and earning in a role. (NB an initial payment will be required before starting the programme)
