Our EMPLOYMENT PROMOTION SERVICE offers skilled and experienced workers the opportunity to have their CV and profile promoted to our employer network. This is a growing network of more than 3,500 trusted employers (July 2025).
We have a team of 3 staff who are in contact with these employers all year round, often making many placements with them each year.
We have built up this network over more than 30 years. In some cases we are now working with the 3rd generation.
These employers are used to offering employment to WHV holders and more experienced workers and provide safe and trusted work opportunities.

HOW IT WORKS
- We will create a detailed online profile for you, following on from a detailed online video or in person interview.
- Your skills and experience will need to be verifiable and relevant, and we will seek references / reports from the most recent employers.
- We will promote your profile to the employer network, and it will be visible on our 'workers available' pages.
- Employers will be able to respond to you directly, and you will be able to discuss the detail of the proposed role with them.
- You will have access to the online profile of this employer, giving information about their business, operations, employment and living arrangements.
- You will be able to confirm a position with them by your own direct negotiation, but we are here to help and advise.
APPLICATION PROCESS

- Receive and assess your CV, via the application form below.
- Accept you for the PROFILE PROMOTION SERVICE
- Co-operate with you to create a summary profile
- Promote your profile to our employer network
- Relay the contact details of employers who express an interest in employing you so you can contact them directly.
SERVICES PROVIDED
- Interview, online profile creation, promotion to our employer network
- Co-ordination of responses, liaison with employers, forwarding of potential job opportunities
- Membership of our Farmtrack Workers Network for 1 / 4 / 6 / 12 months, which includes on call support and a second promotion / job placement if required.
COSTS AND PAYMENT
1 MONTH - $300

(Any duration may be extended for a further period for an additional fee of 50% of the fees listed above)
(We may be able to offer, at our discretion, seasonal and other discounts to this rate)

PAYMENT IS NORMALLY IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING,
PAYABLE BY TRANSFER TO OUR AUSTRALIAN BANK, OR BY ONLINE CARD PAYMENT LINK.
1 MONTH - $300
- designed to enable you to find one role
- designed to enable you to find 1 role for at least 3 months (and a second role if the first does not run for 3 months)
- designed to enable you to find 2 roles for at least 6 months (and a third role if the first two do not run for 6 months in total)
- designed to enable you to find up to 3 roles within the 12 month period
