FOR BOOKINGS 30+ DAYS BEFORE START DATE
- PAYMENT TIMESCALE
- The deposit payment of $500 is due within 3 working days of acceptance to the chosen programme.
- There is a cooling off period of 7 days from the date of acceptance to the chosen programme. During this time the start date may be changed for no charge (subject to availability), and in the case of cancellation the deposit payment will be repaid, less $200.
- Apart from during the cooling off period, the deposit payment is not refundable.
- Full payment of the balance of the programme fees will be due 30 days before booked start date.
- DATE CHANGE FEES
- Dates may be changed 30 days or more before booked start date for no charge.
- Dates may be changed 14-29 days before booked start date for an additional charge of $250.
- Dates may be changed 7-14 days before booked start date for a charge of $500.
- Dates may not be changed less than 7 days before booked start date. In this case cancellation charges apply.
- CANCELLATION FEES
- The applicant will receive a refund of the full programme fee paid (less the deposit amount) in the case of cancellation / withdrawal more than 30 days before the booked start date.
- The applicant will receive no refund if they cancel / withdraw less than 30 days before the planned start date.
- In case of cancellation for reasons of accident or illness we recommend that refund be sought from your work and travel insurance.
FOR BOOKINGS LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE START DATE
- PAYMENT TIMESCALE
- The deposit payment of $500 is due within 3 working days of acceptance to the chosen programme.
- The deposit payment is not refundable.
- Full payment of the balance of the programme fees will be due at the same time as the deposit payment on arrival at the training farm on the programme start date, unless by agreement with VisitOz booking staff.

- Dates may be changed 14-29 days before booked start date for an additional charge of $250.
- Dates may be changed 7-14 days before booked start date for a charge of $500.
- Dates may not be changed less than 7 days before booked start date. In this case cancellation charges apply.

VisitOz takes issues and complaints seriously. We are a small family business and have been in operation since 1991.
Our core values are that we will be fair, reasonable and realistic about all aspects of our programme.
We expect the same from our participants and also from our employers.
We act in good faith and with the best interests of our participants, our employers and the long term interests of our business in mind.
Issues and complaints are rare, but when they do occur we intend to take them seriously, listen to them with an open mind, establish the facts and end up with a fair outcome. Where possible we will use the experience to develop and improve our business.
We are happy to hear directly from anyone with genuine issue or grievance. It is a condition of our considering any such case that the discussion is held in private, between relevant parties only and that any resolution or agreement reached will remain private.
