Skilled
If you are skilled already (with positive references) we can promote you to a large audience of trusted employers, and expect to be able to guarantee you a job that matches your skills within 1-2 weeks.
Part skilled / experienced or beginner
If you have some skill or relevant experience, we have a 'preparation for farm work' course and programme that will prepare you for work, give you some skills, experience and awareness, and then can promote you to our Audience of employers, with a guarantee of work to suit your skills. Normally employment is confirmed while you are attending the course, and full back up and support is provided while you are working, and if you need another job.
Fun and focus
The Farm training is a fun Authentic Aussie farm experience by itself, but we are focused seriously on assisting your pathway to employment.
Outcomes
We have been doing this successfully since 1991.

We are a small family operated business based in Brisbane, QLD, operating since 1991.

We are a small family operated business based in Brisbane, QLD, operating since 1991.
THE FARM WORK PREPARATION COURSE - In summary (CLICK HERE)
We operate a 6 night ‘preparation for farmwork’ programme. This includes:
- The farmwork preparation course is a 5 day hands on course, allowing us to assess your skills and experience, understand your personality, give you experience of farm routines, animals, livestock farm vehicles and machinery, and gain some new skills and awareness of Australian farm workplace expectations.
- Online interview, welcome lunch, in person interview
- 2 nights hostel dormitory accommodation in Brisbane (before and after the farm course)
- 4 nights / 5 day farm work preparation course – transport, food and accommodation included
PROFILE CREATION AND PROMOTION TO OUR EMPLOYER NETWORK (CLICK HERE)

- We create an online profile for you which is promoted to our network of approx. 3,500 trusted member employers who
- are used to employing WHV holders with us.
- This enables us to guarantee you employment that suits your skills and experience, (and aspirations) during (or within 1 week) of the farm training programme
- The programme includes ongoing support for 4 months or more, so we can ensure that you find one or more jobs that give you security of employment for 88 days, or longer.
- Profile creation and promotion, job placement choice selection and ongoing support
- Job guarantee (subject to successful completion of the farm training course)

Guaranteed job conditions:
- Full time employment, award wages, either casual or full-time rates
- superannuation, work cover
- 88 days - second/ third visa qualifying work
- Employment duration normally three to six months
- on farm accommodation provided (or nearby, usually self catering, for a small charge)
- (use of a vehicle normally included when required)
